I'm really liking the String Tamer by Norway Industries.

I have one for my LD. I haven't gotten it set-up to shoot yet, but it is built rock solid, and flat out looks cool!!!:peace:

People can make fun of them all they want but those harmonic dampeners were one of the best silencing/anti vibration ideas ever. They don't take up any extra space and they work. :nerd:

    So I don't HiJack, I've got a MeanV for the XT. :biggrin1:

I just took my STS off my Outback, my MeanV off my Drenalin and my String Tamer, grabbed my grain scale, and they are all to heavy!!! :frusty: By holding them the MeanV felt lightest, and the String Tamer ,and STS felt pretty similar. Give me another beer, and all that could change...LOL :peace:

The String Tamer would look sweet on a black on black LD!!!!!! :biggrin1:

I buy from Dan (MEANV) becasue when I tryed to buy a camo STS last year my 15 emails and 3 phone calls were never returned. Both my shops up here tryed to get ahold of them to get product as well with no response. Then when Dan was bullyed off AT for selling his suppreser that did it for me.

Im in the process of making my own now for personal us as well..I should have it done soon and will post some pics.
