muzzy mx-3 question

    when I put the head on my arrow the base of the broadhead is a tad wider in diameter than the arrow is this normal/okay?

    Yep i shoot Easton STepic 400 and pretty much all BH fits a hair bigger.

    I've had it happen too. I forget what arrow/broadhead combo I was using, but it didn't cause any problems. :cool:

    Yep - it's no problem. Oh btw MX3's are deadly on buttons. :doh:

    Slippy was using Tight Points, not MX3's. :lol:

    You will be just fine. The only problem i could see happening is if the arrow shaft OD was bigger then the broad head OD. This could damage your shaft.:usa:

    i had the same problem, arrows flew great, but i did have an issue with some deflection, 2 of the 3 deer i shot, the broadhead deflected on impact. still recovered all of the aminals.

    It's normal w/ small diam shafts, I used them last yr. w/ A/C/C's and were wider than the shaft. I had zero problems and 2 dead deer.
