I always had the understanding that over-spined arrows will undercylce resulting in fletching contact with the rest, but I was wondering if the undercycle causes any other problems in arrow flight? If fletching contact is the only problem, than wouldn't a drop-away rest allow for an over-spined arrow, or is it possible that the fletching can make contact with the riser?
