Recipe: Venison Meat Loaf

    This was given to me by one of my customers.

    1lb ground vension (we grind our own with 3 parts vension, 1 part 75% fat free ground beef)
    1/3lb bulk pork sausage (mild)
    2/3 cup plain bread crumbs
    1/4 cup mil with 1 egg beaten in
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1Tbs dionne mustard
    2 drops tobasco
    1 Tbs soy sauce
    1/2 cup grated parmeson cheese
    1/2 medium onion chopped
    1/2 tsp minced garlic

    Mix by hand to form a loaf. Optional ketsup to cover with a Tbs of brown sugar mixed in.

    Cook covered at 350 for 1-1/2 to 2 hrs until done.
