I put am putting a wb on my bow and didn't pay attention to where my old rest was. So my question is do I put it so that the arrow is facing downward. I think thats where it was before. Right now I have it down about 1/8 of an inch. I don't want it in the wrong spot and have an arrow shoot through the side of my garage.

Your arrow should be right in line with the screw that holds the rest on the riser. That is your starting point for setting your rest. Not above it or below it, just in line.

With most bows, the whisker should be set so the arrow is level. Take note of the post above as well. The arrow should cross through the berger hole.
