Anybody try one of the Scott Releases with a Bernie cant-punch trigger?
Yup. Mongoose with Bernies set-up.
How do you like it?
OK I guess. It's just a fixed trigger that sits under the real trigger. It's somewhat adjustable in that you can slide it forward/back to get the best feel. You can either flatten (sp) out your finger and use the 2nd nuckle or use just the tip of the finger. I does make you think about it though, which is really how it works. Whenever you want, simply remove the fixed trigger and you have a regular release.
Hmmm...........that sounds interesting.
i have 2 of those things, not so good,:bored:
 nice
Hey Steve, help the guy out here, what did'nt you like about it?
My .02 on them is if you have an issue with TP and are slamming the trigger when the pin swings by what you want to hit, it may help. At least it makes you have to think about it. It is'nt a cure-all. And you have a pretty decent wrist strap release if you remove the fixed false trigger. You don't have to scrap the whole thing.
