When serving strings and cables is it importent to serve the loops where it connects to the cam?
I had mine done and the serving stops where the string and cable connects to the cam. just wondering if this could be unsafe.:noidea:

Some builders serve the end loops.....some do not. I serve mine. I'd rather the serving wear and fray than the string. Some builders do not serve the string where it loops over the idler wheel on a single cam bow. They say it isn't necessary. Once again.....I'd rather have my serving wear or fray then my string. It isn't necessary, but it is a good buffer to have.
