so I got to looking into my favorite camo patern (Natural Gear), and was thinking of having my heavy barrel .223 dipped in Natural Gear........ and then having Brokenarrow do a trigger job for me...... I put this in general as I am think if this turns out cool I may get a bow done also....... so for those of you that have had this done.....DIPPING.....how did it turn out....were you happy?? and for those of you who have never seen Natural Gear........
I may be wrong on this.....but the camo on a couple of my remington's feel thicker than the camo on my bows.....is one type of camo thats used for dipping gun's different than the film dip used for bow's.
Great choice of patterns - I like NatGear... Call Tarjac - they will be able to answer your questions... I think it is www.tarjac.com
I love natural gear also. But I been raised on realtree. I can't wait to see your .223 when done.
Been a while sence postig, down with the flo. But it is the same film I think, but it is the coating that they put on it before the film dip. Most likely a heat proof coating first. For a bow or my stands. 1. clean and strip 2. primer or coating 3. acctavater 4. film dip 5. rotective coating.
