No chance to hunt bear this fall, so my season is over early.
Look at you, done went and killed a bird with a bow and some deer meat to:biggrin1: . Good job and I wish you to harvest many more. God Bless, holy Smokes
Congrats! Maybe you'll get that bear next season.
Next up might be coyotes.
If my bro or dad can tag out on their deer (they got their turkeys too), then I can borrow their trail cam and time some coyotes. Full moon and some fresh snow will mean nice night hunting. Trail cams should mean I don't have to sit ALL night, but just the times they seem to come around.
have you ever trail cammed coyotes before......would think the flash would send them packing......ofcourse then again maybe you have oneof those top of the line no flash units.....:noidea:
the flash might spook them for a day or two.
I also suspect they will get used to it fast if there is consistent bait.
And my bro and dad have entry level ones.
But they work. This is the 3rd time he came around the cam in the same night.
(no bait for the deer)
