Friday i shot the X-force,Money maker, shark, & the new stinger. If you were to shoot 3D only a PSE only which one would you shoot?:noidea: The X-force on 60lbs was shooting 302 The money maker 60lbs was shooting 274 the shark was the slowest at 261 This was on a 29in draw, not sure of the total arrow weight but shooting the same arrow i was guessing around 400gr.Tot weight The Money Maker was the smoothest and most stable but i dont like the new grip The Shark great shooter but thats not alot of speed over my Baby-G The X-force target was as you know the barn burner but had the new grip also. Im buying one of these 3 bows so give me some input on what you think?
The only one I've shot was the XForce...and it's a great, fast bow... but I don't think I'd want to pull it back 30 times... hope this helped...
Ha,ED Im think about shooting it at around 56lbs its not to bad that low. and this year they offer it in target colors. The first time i tryed it was back in march and the one i shot was set at 70lbs I could hardly get it back.:frusty: So i got to thinkin it would be a great 3D bow at lower poundage and still retain good speed.:noidea:
Absolutely... It would be a great 3d bow. The one I shot was @ 62# and I shot it about 10 times and it was tough...but boy it was fast and not alot of vibration, easily fixed with a STS or similar system...
yeah it was barely there vibration........ I have ONLY shot the x-Force of the ones you mentioned....so I cant really give you a good idea on what I think...... which one jumped out as the BUY ME BOW??
But! The Money maker was THE SMOOTHEST bow i ever shot, bar none. I could shoot it all day The speed was about 25fps faster than mine.:noidea:
so I am guessing that you liked the MONEY MAKER........w/a lighter arrow you could get more speed out of that puppy.....
well The X-force and the Money Maker were both buy me bows but the money maker had the best feel but $200 more than the X-force And with sights and all i didnt want to end up paying $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ For the whole ball of wax!:noidea: But i want to be more competitive than i am next 3D season, with the right gear.:noidea:
Normally I would say its not the equipment, but considering your Baby "G" I would say anything would help.........
I know! I have some shooting flaws. But with the right DL and better equipment maybe i can get closer to where i was! Or where i want to be.:noidea:
Remember.....You will never be where you were.....your fighting the age game......you WILL loose.....:noidea:
I know But like But Like the song go's ...... " I CAN BE AS GOOD ONCE, AS I EVER WAS ".......... And that there keeps me goin!
it's onre ting ta still be learnin' it's another ta have it down and patyeb=ned shot after shot after shot fer years. produces a calmness and old age does tha same so we got tha advantage seems ta me KBO:biggrin1:
I'm sorry but the money maker bow is a bow only its mother could love. I'm sure it shoots nice but talk about falling off the ugly tree. I would buy the Xforce.
Speed is only a crutch for a so-so yardage estimate. I believe, from what I have read in your posts, that the Money Maker would be the bow for you. I think you will achieve enough speed to aid you, but will really help with your self admitted "flaws". Just my opinion though. After shooting the X Force, I don't think I would use one for competition. Michael
I'm going to tinker with the money maker, x-7,and the mossy oak x for 3d. I think the mossy oak x will make a very nice 3d bow. and alot cheaper than the xforce and money maker...
Yep! I agree it is an Ugly bow but the way it feels u wouldnt believe unless ya shot it. With that said the problem im faceing is i can get alot more speed on the X-force at $200 cheaper.:noidea:
