How many of you process your own venison and what all do you make? A couple of friends and I all went in together and built a cooler and bought all the other stuff you need. So far we have made jerky, summer sausage, deer sticks, brats, steaks, burger, and bologna (tried to). It's really not that hard to do if you have the right equipment. It's just a matter of playing around with the different seasonings trying to find what you like the best.
