There is a fletching device made by Arizona called the Arizona EZ fletch that does all three flights. It sells brand new at Cabelas for $46.00. I've used it and it does an OK job but I still prefer my Bitz. I have the time to do one at a time.

 

I got an arizona that fletches all three vanes at once straight, no offset, for carbon. I'm a perfectionist, so I bought a bitzenberger. If you choose an arizona I'll sell you mine for 20 dollars tyd.
